What you will do
We are seeking a professional, highly organised, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our organisation. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years’ experience in a similar front desk or administrative role and demonstrate strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills. Experience in a fintech or financial services environment is a strong advantage, but not a requirement. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless front-office experience while supporting internal teams with administrative and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries, directing them appropriately and promptly
Maintain accurate visitor logs and manage access control in line with company security protocols
Coordinate meeting room bookings and support meeting logistics as required
Handle basic administrative duties including document management, filing, and data entry
Support internal teams with scheduling, correspondence, and general office coordination
Ensure the front office area is organised, presentable, and aligned with company brand standards
Liaise with vendors and service providers for front office and facility-related needs
Assist with onboarding logistics for new staff and guests when required
Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and data protection requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role
Fintech, financial services, banking, or technology industry experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,or a related field is preferred

High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office management tools
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of data confidentiality and customer privacy
