What you will do

We are seeking a professional, highly organised, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our organisation. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years’ experience in a similar front desk or administrative role and demonstrate strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills. Experience in a fintech or financial services environment is a strong advantage, but not a requirement. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless front-office experience while supporting internal teams with administrative and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries, directing them appropriately and promptly

  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and manage access control in line with company security protocols

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and support meeting logistics as required

  • Handle basic administrative duties including document management, filing, and data entry

  • Support internal teams with scheduling, correspondence, and general office coordination

  • Ensure the front office area is organised, presentable, and aligned with company brand standards

  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for front office and facility-related needs

  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new staff and guests when required

  • Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and data protection requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role

  • Fintech, financial services, banking, or technology industry experience is an advantage, but not mandatory

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,or a related field is preferred

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office management tools

  • Basic understanding of data confidentiality and customer privacy
