Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Personnel to ensure an exceptional client experience before, during, and after property purchases. The role involves managing enquiries, resolving complaints, and providing consistent support to clients throughout their journey with the company.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client enquiries promptly and resolve issues professionally
Support buyers through documentation, payment, and property handover processes
Maintain accurate customer records, feedback logs, and service reports
Liaise effectively with sales, legal, and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in a customer-facing role (real estate experience is an advantage)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Professional demeanor with a strong customer-focused mindset
Excellent record-keeping and organizational abilities
